The story so far…
Old chums, Socrates and Nietzsche, have survived the perils of WhatsApp (The Death of Western Thought, as Observed at 2:17 pm On Whatsapp | by Mike Hickman | The Haven | Oct, 2026 | Medium) only to find themselves, respectively, slandered by a comment on Medium (a misunderstanding caused by the commentator not understanding than highlighting and responding, to criticise the concept of copying and pasting, also copies the highlighted text…) and pursued by debt collectors for a vicious pyramid scheme.
Supported by their friends, Elmo from Sesame Street and James Blunt (both mistaken for philosophers — don’t ask), the strain of recent events provides the old chums with a need for some much needed therapy.
And perhaps a change of identity.
