Environment variables

• SLACK_WEBHOOK (required) - Slack Webhook URL
• MESSAGE_TRIGGER (required) - HH:MM in UTC (e.g. "10:30")
• DEBUG - true/false

Do not forget to change version in main.go

To build docker image

make docker
