Very simple ntp checker program

Call the program with a list of servers to get all the endpoints:

$ ./ntp-check 0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org 2.pool.ntp.org
0.pool.ntp.org -82.088µs
1.pool.ntp.org -105.051µs
2.pool.ntp.org -75.476µs
