Allows the micromenu, queue button, bag buttons, and XP Bar frames to be resizeable and movable.
Currently the Micromenu, Queue Button, XP Bar, and Bag Buttons can't be moved in Edit Mode, so I've made it that they can be. Due to the way the Queue Button and Bag Buttons inherit parenting to the Micromenu, they will also tend to scale up with the Micromenu. Luckily, there's individual scaling sliders for all 4 assets.
10.0.5 update: A good deal of the functionality is now in Edit mode. This should still handle the Queue button placement and scaling some frames, but it will no longer be handling placement of edit mode items.
