Creates a DataBroker launcher for Scrap:

• Shows the total value of your junk items on any DataBroker display
• Allows you to change your junk list while not at the merchant
• Sells or destroys all your junk with a single click
• No configuration needed

• Dragging items to the launcher is not supported on all displays. See this list for more information.
