Box64 0.3.8 Brings DynaCache As Disk Cache For Generated Native Code From x86_64

Most notable with today's Box64 0.3.8 release is introducing DynaCache. Box64's DynaCache is a disk cache for generated native code. With this release it's not enabled by default but can speed-up the loading of programs for already-cached generated native code from running the x86_64 programs previously. Beyond faster start-ups, DynaCache can also help avoid some "runtime hiccups" too.
Box64 0.3.8 also has better Box32 compatibility, Unity 3D games on Wayland are now working, Volatime Metadata is now fully supported, and continued work around AVX support on RISC-V 64-bit and LoongArch64 architectures.
