NJ loving New Yorker here! Still recovering from my punk rock years, songwriter who can't sing, rock climbing yogi, homeschooling Mamacita.

I began writing when I was about four years old and haven’t really found a way, or a reason, to stop since.

I used to be an Auburn beat writer. Now I’m just a guy with too many Twitter followers.

I’ve been writing about sports — mainly the Buffalo Bills — for the past 34 years for the Democrat and Chronicle in Rochester, N.Y. Also the author of 22 books.

I write about college sports for SB Nation and Land-Grant Holy Land. I have thoughts about non-sports too. Sometimes they go here.
