Durability Filter

- You can Clear the Filter back to Default by Crafting it
- Checks the Configured Filter Inventory for any Items that Have Durability, It takes the Sum of all the items Durability and Calculates a Durability % Then compares incoming items to that %
- The Whitelist Version is Looking for Items With an Equal or Higher Durability % then the Calculated Value.
- The Blacklist Version is Looking for Items With an Equal or Lower Durability % then the Calculated Value.
