Any pedestal upgrade + bone meal + bone block

The upgrades will check any not fully grown above the top side of pedestal and then it will use the bone meal from the pedestal onto the crops in radius which isn't fully grown yet (also works on sapling)

The grower upgrade can be utilize with other farming upgrading such as harvester and planter also a magnet upgrade to make an automated crops farm and tree farm
