An Upgrade Base + a Glass Bottle

Place a potion or any item with "potion effects" in the pedestal, the upgrade will effect any matching entity in the area and apply its effects, which consumes the item.
If you drop blaze powder on the pedestal, the upgrade will consume the powder instead of the item.

Placing One of these blocks under the pedestal will change its behavior:

• Netherite Block - Increases Potency by 1, Doubles Duration
• Emerald Block - Targets Only Players
• Diamond Block - Targets Only Monsters
• Gold Block - Targets Only Animals
• Iron Block - Targets Only Creatures

This upgrade can accept:

• Range - Increases Effective Area
• Speed - Increases Detection Speed for applying effects.
