Nether Materials focuses on Nether Progression, and adds 3 new ores to the dimension. Each ore has its own armor and tool set, with different benefits to using them. All three armor sets will protect you from Piglin Aggression.

Scorched Metal is equivalent to Iron, is a pinkish shaded iron variant that keeps a Vanilla-like feel to the Nether Progression. This material is slightly more enchantable than Iron.

Burnt Crystals are equivalent to being a Diamond-Lite material, and they drop in fragments from their ore, and must be crafted into the full Crystals. They are slightly more enchantable than Diamond, but slightly less protective.

Inferno Gems are the new, Nether-Equivalent of an Emerald. It is not currently set up, but is planned to be tradable with Piglins. Inferno Armor/Tools are about the same as Diamond with a slight increase in enchantability.

They can be accessed by using the Neoforge Tag System, in the format of "JAL/tags/item/(name)"
