You can craft a Kettle with 5 iron nuggets.

You can fill a Kettle by using it on a water source block.
Put it on top of the Campfire Grill to start boiling the water.

Once boiled, the Kettle will pop off the grill.
There's a usage bar below the Kettle. It'll go down by one every time you make a cup of coffee or cocoa with it.

Craft some Glass Mugs with glass panes.

• Coffee
  Acquire some coffee beans from the Camper Villager, roast them, and craft them with the kettle of boiling water and a mug.
  
• Hot Cocoa
  Craft up some cocoa beans with a mug, the kettle of boiling water and loads of sugar.
  

Drinking Hot Cocoa will give you 1 minute of the Sugar Rush Effect.
Drinking Coffee will give you 10 minutes of the Energized Effect.
