Pleather is plant-leather. Pleather spawns in the world, anywhere tall grass would. Once grown, pleather can be broken into leather strips, which 4 can then be crafted into leather.

Plant pleather bulbs onto grass or dirt and wait to grow fully. You can obtain pleather bulbs from breaking pleather spawned as world gen, or from pleather spawned with bonemeal. The bulbs do not spawn from breaking tall grass. Right clicking pleather with bonemeal advances growth.
