CMDB & ITOM: Search CIs, view/create CI relationships, run impact analysis, monitor CMDB health, list MID servers and discovery schedules, trigger discovery scans, monitor active infrastructure events.
Knowledge Management: List knowledge bases, search/retrieve, create, update, publish, and retire articles.
Service Catalog: List, search, create, update, and order catalog items; manage variables and UI policies.
Approvals & SLAs: List, approve, or reject pending approvals; create approval rules; get SLA breach details and list active SLAs.
User & Group Administration: List, create, and update users/groups; add/remove group members.

Safety: All write/destructive operations are opt-in; many support dry_run mode to preview changes without modification.

Allows GitHub Copilot to interact with ServiceNow instances, enabling management of incidents, changes, scripts, flows, portals, and other modules via natural language.
Allows Gemini to interact with ServiceNow instances, enabling management of incidents, changes, scripts, flows, portals, and other modules via natural language.
