Hallucination.

Typing. Surrounded. Thinking Out Loud. Just Then.

I wrote this on my phone, sitting in hospital recently. Experiencing visual hallucinations. I wrote it without really thinking about what I was typing. It helped me for a moment.

I thought to myself.

Just now.

Silly silhouettes slipping sideways
Slipstream.
Silos surrounding me.
Full steam.
Sigh, I know.
Silent silos.
Whispering wise notes.
You can’t see them.

Are you with them?

Eyes go inward.
Thinking.

________Think.

In
Sight.

See I saw silhouettes
Seeing me, outside in.
Hear? I don’t.
Do I. Eyes surely do.
Here. I don’t.
I won’t stay in this.
Here. In an unwell.
Well? I don’t know silly silhouettes.
Sliding down. Not moving.
Shadows.
Shadow.
Silly silhouettes my mind is.
Slipping. Sliding. I saw.
Sawing back and forth.
Until I am a silly silhouette.
Schizophrenic caught in a shadow.
Net. Gross.
I see. Saw. Back and forth.
Until silly silhouettes let me go.

For now.

Just stop.

I thought. To myself.

Just then.
