One thing I'd add to the changelog: which model and prompt version did the regeneration. If the same spec produces slightly different code after a model upgrade, the behaviour shifts with nothing in the spec to point at, and the log goes quiet exactly when it's needed. Do you treat a model swap as its own release, even when the spec is unchanged?
