I have had many communications with 'spirits' over many years. I hesitate to call them ghosts as there are so many conflicting emotions that go along with that word. Feel free to check out my page to read a few stories, if you like. I also seem to have a knack for speaking with animal spirits.

I am aware though not very well versed in the 5 Elements view of the world. My husband is a doctor of TCM.
