Pros: It's super easy to use and just works every time. Point the camera at the parcel, press the button and bam, the parcel is logged and the relevant recipient is notified.

It's helped our front of house staff same so much time!

Cons: Software is great, it gets its job done. No complaints.

Overall: We love the software, it's been a game changer.

Our staff has saved so much time, parcels no longer get lost and everything runs smoothly.

Pros: Notification to residents when the parcel has arrived.
Quick and easy to use.
Not a manual process as it scans the barcodes on the parcel
if a resident has more than one parcel is puts them all together on the app meaning that when a resident collects it is easy to locate them all.

Cons: The app is a little bit trickier/manual when a parcel does not have a barcode on, though these days that is pretty rare.

Overall: We have over 200 parcels arriving a day - the app lets us keep track of all our parcels and stops residents coming to reception to check to see if their parcel has arrived. We've managed to train the app out to our security team too so our residents can get the parcels at the weekend.

Pros: Functionality of the app.
Speed of the app, from receiving the parcel to logging it it's no more than 15 seconds.
Ease of signing in and out parcels.

Cons: Sometimes the app scans the name of the recipient incorrectly.

Overall: Overall, I'd recommend this product, especially to anyone in the PBSA sector with a large volume of inhouse residents.

Pros: The app is very quick and responsive, it takes seconds to scan parcels in and out. It recognises codes from all courier services our customers have used. The app is intuitive and easy to use.

Cons: Occasional glitches, when the app is experiencing problem the software can run very slowly.

Overall: The product has dramatically reduced the time it takes to process mail. Support is very good and have managed to resolve issues quickly.

Pros: * Easy to log parcels received.

* Able to monitor closely all received parcels, by customer if needed
* Support is first class, they really want to help you and improve their product. You raise an online chat and then speak to one of the developers that is genuine and interested to help you.
* We have the system installed on multiple devices, using both Desktop PCs & IPads to monitor.

Cons: No issues at all!

Overall: We introduced to our business approx. 6 months ago. This is a very easy to use software, which makes our parcel delivery process more professional and is well received by our customers.
Our business manages a lot of parcels for c100 customers, we have found that this is a really good addition to our business. The customers particularly like that they receive a notification with a photo of the parcel label. We feel more in control and can extract data from the system e.g. to see a particular customer parcel flows.

Pros: I like how simple and easy it is to use! It’s a great way to track our parcels and communicate with students.

Cons: None at the moment, this allows us to deliver great service.

Overall: A great product that puts us in control and allows us to track the number of parcels we still have waiting to be collected. It’s a great way for us to communicate important messages regarding parcel opening hours to our students too.

Cons: Well using this service I personally I cannot figure out any con this product has. No complaints whatsoever.

Overall: This software is really easy to use, saves us a lot of time as we do not have to do not have to maintain any paper trail when it comes to the parcel collection as this app has helped us in this regard with out any doubt as everything gets recorded on the app. The most important thing is using this app creates a sense of professionalism where by residents do not worry about their parcels as they receive notifications which is a great plus. It is very intuitive meaning it can be implemented and trained out quickly with little disruption to daily operational processes.

Pros: I loved that i could scan the name on the envelope and it would find them and it was super easy to scan the tracking info so clients knew what it was that arrived.

Cons: Sometimes it would not sync up when done on multiple devices. I did however start logging devices out and back in at least once a week and it fixed the problem.

Overall: Overall, I have recommended this others because i was super pleased with how smooth and how quickly i was able to load our daily mail.

Pros: It's is such an easy system to follow, makes it really simple for people to come down and collect parcels when they arrive. we can easily can them in and they are alerted to come and collect straight away.

Cons: When scanning a few parcels in it can be slightly slow, this is soon rectified by closing down the app and re-starting!

Overall: It's such a great app - super easy to use! it is so easy to show others how to use also and makes scanning mass parcels so easy during busy times!

Pros: Very user friend app easy to install and to add all information I have been using this service on a daily base for work and I can really say it is fantastic part of my daily kit to log parcels for all our residences.

Cons: I really like this app very simply to keep track of all our parcels as I receive over 50 parcels a day.

Overall: Great app I would recommend all buildings to use this service as it's a great part of my kit to use each day.

Pros: The thing i like most about parcel tracker is, it takes an image of the parcel each time. Parcel Tracker is 99% of the time accurate with logging how many parcels have been collected already. It is easy to change someones details.

Cons: The scanning does take quite a while to scan any barcode to notify the tenant.
Usually having to type their details out which can be time consuming. We have had issues previously where emails are sent to students but its showing old parcels.

Overall: Overall I think parcel tracker is easy to use and very easy to understand meaning if someone needed to take over it is very simple on what they need to do. Students haven't had issues with parcel track.

Pros: Overall the app is simple and easy to use. If we ever had issues or concerns we could raise these directly with the developer.

Cons: Sometimes it doesn't work well over two phones at the same time, so can be problematic.

Overall: I would recommend as it does what it says on the tin. You are able to look through stats online which help to understand the businesses needs.

Pros: I love that we can scan in and scan out the parcels with the code.
Admin input all of our residents into the phone and its easy to amend details hen needed.

Cons: Sometimes it doesn't scan out parcels correctly and tells people in the email they have more parcels than they actually have.

Overall: Overall its a great app. Easy to use and update. We have to use it daily and rarely have issues would recommend to others.

Pros: From the time we met the team from parcel Tracker they made it so simple to follow and set-up.

The bar scan can be difficult.

Customer service is excellent. Arthur is always super helpful.

Cons: The app often needs to be updated and has previously pulled through already scanned parcels which has caused issued.

Overall: Easy app to use and provides lots of info needed when dealing with parcel collections/deliveries.
Customer service is also really good from Arthur. He is quick to reply and solve issues.

Administration portal is very simple to navigate and reports are easy to view.

Throughout my journey of working with the team, any changes we required were considered and taken on board for development.

Overall: The product works really well, the backend is very easy to navigate and software is easy to configure.

Pros: Speed checking in a parcel.

Cons: Not always able to take a photo.
Need a better way update email address.

Overall: A lot faster than old system, easy to use.

Pros: I love how it takes a picture of the parcel that has been scanned, as the site I work at we can have up-to 100 parcels delivered per day.

Cons: The app can become quite slow, my personal opinion is I’m not a huge fan of the new update, it takes a bit longer than it used to to pick up the name on the parcel but still does the job.

Overall: Definitely recommend this app to anyone that has large volumes of parcels delivered. There is support available too if needed. Also liked how we had personal training to show us how the app worked.

Pros: Easy and simple to use, makes parcel delivery and organisation so much easier and quicker and is the safest way in my opinion to track parcels on site. Great data to analyse when you log into the website as well.

Cons: None- everything about parcel tracker is fantastic

Overall: It's so easy and simple to use. I use it every day on-site and it really puts the students' minds at ease.

Pros: Being able to open a picture of the parcel works wonders. As we use it a site of over 999 people. So when on a daily basis we have 60-100 delivery, it makes it simple to find the person parcel.

Cons: Sometimes it cannot pick up barcodes when scanning. However this was fixed when the added an automated barcode if one would not be scanned,

Overall: Really think it is a good tool in busy student accommodation. Less hassle for employees. I could not see how we would cope without it now. Each team member has it on their phones, simple and easy to use.
