Pros: It's simple, can scan multiple parcels at once and send emails straight to students.
When understood and if you are technically savvy, it can work extremely well.

Cons: For those who are not as good on device's there is a bit of a struggle with names been scanned.
Often it reads names incorrectly and if emails are sent to the incorrect names, this can cause chaos because even if students aren't expecting or didn't order anything.. They cannot understand why there is no parcel there for them.

Overall: It is a great tool and when used correctly, works well.

Pros: - Makes managing a high volume of parcels much quicker and easier.
- Looks more professional to customers.

Cons: - Needs to be easier for users to differentiate between the 'notify' and 'collect' tabs in the app, perhaps different colours.
- Not immediately obvious to new users about completing all of the steps when someone is collecting a parcel, so sometimes parcels have still been showing even though they had been collected.

Overall: Parcel Tracker has saved us lots of time compared to when we used to record parcels in a book. Our residents have told us they like the Parcel Tracker service because they get notified as soon as their parcel is processed in Reception.

Overall: Having spent ten years in the student sector, I am very aware of the issues and time it takes to manage parcels deliveries/ collections and have seen many different systems in place for this.
Parcel Tracker is the most efficient tool/ system I have ever seen and it is hard to explain just how good it is. It is so easy to use with just a click of the button and does all the hard work for you.
The fact it sends an email to the student to alert them it is here, is amazing and it saves us so much space and time, as students often collect as soon as they receive the alert.

Pros: The app is very easy to use and keeps a track of all parcels coming in and being signed out.

Cons: Sometimes the app doesn't scan the right name.

Overall: I really enjoy the app, it makes scanning hundreds of parcels a week easier to keep track of.

Pros: Very easy to use app and very accurate very organised. very good interface to book in parcels or to book out.

Overall: I was actually a little bit skeptical about whether it would save us time but it definitely does. A great all round app.

Pros: Easy to use for both our staff and our students. A lot quicker than other methods of keeping tabs on parcels.

Cons: Sometimes the names scanned do not come up when first scanned at .

Overall: It has really improved our daily tasks with our parcels, as we have students who order a lot of parcels from different couriers the app has allowed us to become for efficient with our parcel logs. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of an app to make their lives easier.

Pros: I really like the manual side of the parcel tracker, particularly when we deliver parcels to rooms and we can then sign them out on behalf of the residents.

Cons: When scanning a parcel it doesn't always bring up the correct resident.

Overall: Overall, it has made logging our parcels much easier and it saves us a lot of time and it is really user friendly.

Pros: It tracks whats coming and going very well.

Cons: It doesn't always pick up on the information you're scanning.

Pros: Parcel Tracker sports an easy-to-use interface, requiring minimal training. The photo reader is accurate and quick to pull up the correct individual for each address.

Automatic notifications to residents fast-track collection. The collection process is QR code driven, minimizing the need for extended administration.

Adding and managing team members + permission levels is initiative and simple to use.

Cons: When adding more than 15 - 20 parcels at a time the app can slow down, though this may be related more to the hardware than the software itself.

Overall: We implemented Parcel Tracker at a large private accommodation and found that it improved our mail processing almost overnight. Great support from Arthur and the team, we'd definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: Using the Parcel Tracking software, our team was able to easily keep each team member updated on which packages were received and distributed.

Cons: No cons at the moment. It was great being able to utilize the additional accessories provided for maximum usage.

Overall: It was a great experience overall, our team was new to the software and were able to adopt the practices very quickly into our daily tracking.

Pros: Easy to use, a very clear user interface. The settings are simple and easily adjusted. Overall, there are very few hiccups when using Parcel Tracker.

Cons: There have been times when the notification emails don't deliver or have significant delays. There are also occasional issues with phones syncing with the server and not sending out notifications.

Overall: Overall, I would say that parcel tracker is easy to use and set up and their support team is great and always there to answer questions.

Pros: Parcel Tracker is an easy to use system, it is very convenient for a large company receiving multiple packages for different people.

Cons: It sometimes takes a little bit to search someone name, even though I bet that is because we have so many names in the system.

Overall: My overall experience is that this is easy, not completely flawless, but a great system for any business to utilize for multiple employees. I would recommend it.

Pros: It makes scanning parcels out for folks a lot easier, and it's incredibly simple to navigate with the app.

Cons: The software can be unstable and sluggish at times. It may also take a long time to load, depending on how slow the server is.

Overall: Overall, the software makes the process easier, and with a few upgrades, it will be able to eliminate its minor problems.

Pros: I like how I'm able to insert any tracking number and it pulls up the correct one; it provides results quickly and saves me the hassle of going to each individual site. I like how I'm able to share the results via messaging apps if I want to.

Cons: I can't think of any cons, since the site seems to do what it sets out to do effectively and without any issue,

Overall: I have a positive experience with Parcel Tracker. I plan on using it to locate my packages whenever I have a tracking number that isn't immediately clickable.

Pros: Really good user interface and great customer support. Was really impressed by how quickly the team got back to me on my queries.

Cons: Some of the features change quite regularly. I like the frequent updates but can be a bit difficult to keep track of sometimes.

Overall: Very easy and straightforward to use, would 100% recommend. Helped me a lot with our internal mailroom needs.

Pros: Parcel Tracker is so easy to use, I really like how you can take pictures of the parcels you need to!

Cons: It can sometimes be a little slow, but usually closing the app works a treat.

Pros: Paperless, no signature required, fast and easy to use on your cellphone. This apps is a time saver.

Cons: After using the app for almost 2 months. So far, we haven't come across any cons yet.

Overall: What I enjoyed, about this App, was just how easy, and fast it was to utilize it on my cellphone for purpose of daily incoming chemicals and any other type of UPS, FedEx, and DHL big or small deliveries that our department would received for our researcher staff, in the field of Biology.

Our lab members have shared their experience that they enjoyed the new system where is now paperless and no signature are required. Our lab members shared on how they enjoyed receiving an email confirmation once there package arrives to their floor. The accuracy is on point.

It also fast, and easy to back track the deliveries history, sometimes lab members misplace their package. It was a good demonstrate, and back it up with the history. Great job parcel tracker.

Pros: The parcel tracker is a convenient for students to use because they're notified when their parcel(s) arrive and also for staff as we know how many parcels we're looking for and also what they look like from the photos. Another good thing about the app is that this system is a secure way of logging out parcels.

Cons: The one thing I think could improve is that occasionally the app will select the wrong resident to notify or sometimes won't sign as collected by phone, however you can also log the parcels out manually on the computer.

Overall: I think the app has been beneficial to both staff and students overall and doesn't cause worry to students knowing their parcel(s) may have been misplaced or otherwise without the signing in and out aspect.
