Parcel Tracker Mailroom

Pros: Easy to use.
Good User Interface, takes minutes to learn what you are doing and start logging parcels.
Time Saving, this has saved so much time for me as it takes very little time to log parcels.
Emails residents so no need to do this yourself, you just scan and wait for the residents to come and get their package.

Cons: Name scanning does not always work which can be frustrating but it is very easy to manually enter information to find the correct resident.

Can be slow updating sometimes so you have to force update the server more than I would like.

Overall: Very good system, saves a lot of time and so easy to use you'll be logging parcels in minutes.
Just the name scanning that sometimes lets its down as it really seems to struggle with international names, otherwise this would be an easy 5 stars!

Pros: Quick and effective app, we use this at a student accommodation for all parcels during the day. Our students find it to be really quick and our staff found the training to be really simple to learn!

Cons: I would say my only issue is that it often doesn't work on IOS , but as we have an android on site its been no bother.

Overall: Overall I am very pleased with the ease and effectiveness of this app!

I think it's really showed us how often and when we receive the most parcel , which is really useful!

Pros: It's very convenient to use. Easy to scan and has real-time updates that make our lives easier and you can use this platform via phone so you can get updates anywhere you are. on top of it, it's one of the fastest processing and collection of parcels that I know.

Cons: Parcel Tracker Mailroom is really a good tool to use, maybe the only no so good comment for this is when I first start using it. They only have limited training materials to guide me and I needed to search for more guides online to fully understand them but things get better as I use them every day

Overall: Overall, I highly recommend Parcel Tracker Mailroom. Very easy to use and It keeps improving! you can monitor and generate reports or statistics for deliveries at your fingertips.

Pros: Easy to use interface, simple and quick logging in and out. Statistics about logged parcels and pictures of each logged parcel make it extra simple and effective.

Cons: No option to sign for every collected parcel at the moment.

Overall: Very good, no issues so far. The system is quick and receptive. Making it easy for both staff logging and tenants collecting.

Pros: The system is quick and simple to understand. It's easy to see everything that has been logged and correct any mistakes.

Cons: It may take a bit of time to establish a new way of working if you already have a system in place.

Overall: Parcel tracker has definitely made logging parcels a lot easier and the notifications that are sent out mean that our students are collecting their parcels quicker as well.

Pros: It saves us so much time as students are notified in time and they come to pick up their parcels almost immediately so we don’t have much clutter in the room.

Cons: We’re required to do multiple scans of the parcels and this is a bit of a long process.

Overall: I think this process is much faster and easier in general. It has made our lives better as the parcel room is much less cluttered and this is good for us.

Pros: I really like about the way parcel tracker works and is so easy to use to scan search about a person.

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about this software.

Overall: In the beginning I was doubtful how to use it but then once I used it, it was really convenient and easy.

Pros: Very easy to use, app very responsive. Easy set up for our foreign students. App feature provides ease of use.

Cons: Not found any yet, system only introduced to our facility recently.

Overall: Good system. So far no issues. It has improved our parcel collection service for our residents vastly, big improvement on our previous system.

Pros: Easy! - So much better than any other previous methods that we have used before. I like the fact that we no longer have to get the students to register to get set up to get parcels.

Cons: A few too many steps for collection having to sign for it etc.

Overall: Really functional, great idea! The students are slowly getting used to changing over to something new, but it's great.

Cons: The one thing with the parcel tracker app is that is often doesn’t scan with the light shining through. But it’s not a hindering issue really as we just ask the students to bring their phone I bit forward :)

Overall: Overall, this app has been such a godsend for us. We get an abundance of parcels everyday for students, and the simplicity of this app has taken a 2 hour task into 30 minutes.

Pros: I really enjoyed the user interface that this service provided. Very very user friendly and not at all a chore.

Cons: I can’t really think of any cons of the service, sorry!

Overall: It has made my role easier in regard to the organisation and management of the mailroom. 10/10 would continue to use.

Pros: Using this new system is a time saver and makes finding parcels so much more easy and quicker no fafing about no stress, its so simple its great.

Cons: Not come across anything that is a con it's all pros.

Overall: Unbelievable wish we had got this sooner it's a time saving life saver. I would recommend this system to anyone, its something else.

Pros: I really enjoyed how easy it is to see if a parcel has been delivered. It makes it a quicker process, as well as allowing for less error to be made while handing out parcels. It also has a very easy to understand interface, and it takes no time at all to figure out what to do with the app.

Cons: The students sometimes were confused by the parcel tracker email, perhaps it would be better for the tracker to correspond to the company name to help those picking up the parcel understand better.

Overall: I have really enjoyed the short time I have used parcel tracker as it has helped making the process a lot easier, and it means that it is known straight away whether or not the parcel is there for the student.

Pros: Super efficient process to log parcels in and out, and helpful to resolve any issues by seeing a parcel's history.
It's really easy to use, both on the app and website.

Cons: On the inbound deliveries section: when I filter to either collected/delivered , then select student to see parcel details and then go off the student. It always goes back to the full list and not the filtered list which just slows down my workflow.

Overall: Really and straight forward to use in terms of process and how user friendly it is. Also super clean design which is nice too.

Pros: I like how the system (most of the time) finds a recipient of the parcel automatically and the process of assigning one is quick and simple- exactly how it should be. You can mark the parcel as damaged at this step and add a picture which comes in handy.

Cons: I think it lacks a few features, such as deleting a parcel that has been assigned by an accident. The recipient should have full visibility of this and the assignee should be able to leave comments under such action.

Overall: It's been a pleasure using the system so far. It's user-friendly and simple. I wish it would be more advanced and I'm waiting for the new updates.

Cons: Yet to find any negatives with the app although we are fairly new.

Overall: So quick and easy for both staff and customers! The process of sorting parcels is no longer a hassle. We receive a high volume of parcels daily and this app has saved so much time in processing them. The program itself and back office are very user friendly even for those who aren't as computer literate as others.

Pros: It has really speeded op the process of scanning parcels when they come in. Can do it with a phone in my hand and not opening the computer. It also sends people notifications straight away so our parcel room has never been emptier, students don't need to download any apps or whatever so its also easy for them.

Cons: Not really a massive problem but for us scanning barcode is not necessary, sometimes it still requires scanning barcode when the option is switched off. However, it isn't that much of a problem

Overall: Brilliant for managing our 450-student accommodation. Students come instantly and collect their items so we do not over accumulate parcels over time. We take pictures of parcels which makes it faster for us to locate the parcel in the room. Overall great solution for us.

Pros: It is quick and easy to use, it has cut the time in half what we would spend before processing the parcels.

Cons: It would be good to set up signature when each parcel is collected, not just the first time.

Overall: Parcel tracker has enabled us to be more efficient and productive. Would really recommend it for any establishment that is dealing with parcels on a daily basis, especially with large quantitatives.

Pros: Really easy to function and user friendly app. Love that you can just scan the photo so no faffing around!

Cons: The student has to sign for the parcel on the reception mobile, have to clean the phone after every touch for covid safety reasons.

Overall: Much easier to use than our old system. The students don't need to do anything in particular, which is half the battle in accommodation sites! Simple and easy app.

Pros: We have struggled at night to know what parcels have been collected previously but not its so simple to locate them with the pictures!!

Cons: I had a few lessons with my manager on how to use it but now its really straight-forward.

Overall: This is so quick and easy to use.
