Found in the lower levels of the nether, this soil is a vital resource for anyone wanting to cultivate a variety of nether native crops.

The naturally occurring earth can be plowed into Nether Farmland with any hoe. Similar to vanilla farmland requiring water, Nether Farmland must be heated with a near by source of lava or magma. The block will change to a reddish hue when properly heated.

In addition to farmland, Nether Earth can be crafted into brick type blocks, useful for players with a morbid sense of aesthetics.
