I took the day off yesterday. As usual, it was a very busy day for the war. I’m trying to convince myself that I can take Sundays off. We will see how that goes.

So Goes the Invasion of Ukraine
On October 31, Ukraine reported intercepting 122 / 168 Russian drones.
On November 1, Ukraine reported intercepting 371 / 430 Russian drones. Russia reported intercepting 235 / ??? Ukrainian drones.
On November 2, Ukraine reported intercepting 154 / 193 Russian drones. Russia reported intercepting 212 / ??? Ukrainian drones.
Ukraine General Staff reports that from 1–2 November, Russian casualty numbers hit a remarkable new record of 2,500.
Russia lost 54,400 soldiers in October, the worst month since the invasion began. Janus Project Global Analysis estimates that Russia has lost ground in Ukraine for three weeks straight, losing 14km from 5–11 October, 20km the next week, and 44km in 19–25 October.
