Pros: I really enjoyed this , a lot of information given and easy to follow instructions i would recommend this to other people i learnt a lot during this training course.

Cons: Nothing i found it really interesting and learnt a lot. i would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall: Very good really good training course it was really easy to follow and gained a lot of information highly recommended.

Pros: Super easy to use, very common sense, intuitive interface. Don't have to search the system for students email address as its all in one place.

Cons: Sometimes freezes and have to restart but not a major issue, takes seconds to do.

Overall: Love the idea and would recommend to anybody, saved me so much time and students are very pleased too.

Pros: The app is so simple and easy to use - on both Android and iOS .
Is the ideal solution to parcel tracking in our industry.
Users find it a safer option to collect their parcels.
Takes no time at all to log parcels.
Sends automatic emails and QR codes to residents and reminders so I don't have to chase people!

Cons: The only con I would say is that I've not figured out if there's a way to delete an entry if you scan/notify the wrong person by mistake. I have to 'collect' the parcel and re enter the correct details, there may be an edit option but I haven't found it yet!

Overall: It saves me so much time on a day to day basis, and the residents feel much more comfortable knowing there is a trackable service for when their parcels arrive on site. Really pleased with it and glad we implemented it!

Pros: Great communication for initial set up and training from the team, and package provided to suit the needs of the business.
Ease of use throughout the portfolio for both managed users and tenants.
Monitoring of stock within the parcel room.
GDPR digital signatures for security.
Ability to add/amend properties listed with Parcel Tracker aligning with the growth of the company.

Cons: Small amount of manual input through CSV upload following new residence arrivals - no direct connect to tenancy portal used.

Overall: Parcel Tracker has changed the efficiency with PBSA properties across the country for logging and informing tenants of the arrival of their parcels. Linking both the speed and GDPR security from end to end communication, it ticks all the boxes.

Pros: Great tool and such a useful addition and game changer for all our site teams! It's helped our staff save up so much time and has improved the way they can log deliveries in their buildings for students and make it a lot more seamless. They now have more time to focus on other tasks thanks to Parcel Tracker :)

Cons: Found software to have a few bugs and freeze sometimes but it's early days!

Overall: Very easy to use with a friendly interface to navigate around, quite straightforward too and very useful in our line of work (student accommodation). We are very happy using this product now!

Pros: Impressive app, the students in our building are loving it. its secure, pictures of all parcels, the student get emails. the app is extremely easy to use.

Cons: Nothing yet, suppose its quite time consuming logging them all in but its safer and worth it in the long run.

Overall: Impressed, so glad we got this. Our previous system now I realised was not secure and breaching GDPR but this system is really secure multiple staff can have the app so you don't have that worry, its protects you and the tenant.

Pros: + simple, user-friendly app
+ eliminates mistakes
+ Reassures residents their mail is responsibly received

Cons: - Could be improved by software detecting handwritten addresses.

Overall: Parcel Tracker has streamlined our postroom operation, and has given staff and residents confidence and security.

Pros: This is quite simple to use and helpful for the beginners also. I'm a student of life sciences, but it is sometimes very much useful to me.

Cons: I'm not a tech guy so can't give you the proper feedback to how to improve it.

Overall: I am very much pleased and happy with it. My overall experience is that i am satisfied with it because of simple and handy use.

Pros: Really easy to use, fast and quick, makes things a lot easier and more keeps your parcels safe from theft.

Cons: Don't always get the emails but isn't too much of an issue.

Overall: Great overall experience of this app and would highly recommend it, very easy to install and use with ease.

Pros: The parcel tracker is such a fantastic tool to have especially in a student accommodation where we receive a large volume of parcels daily. Using this tool has made my logging and notifying students about their parcels very easy. Gone are the days of sending emails for parcels collection. A quick scan of the parcel(s) is a lot more efficient and is done in a matter of seconds. Having to scan the notification barcode when the student comes to collect the parcel adds a great level of security and ensures only the owner of a parcel (who had received a notification) collects the parcel.

Cons: None that I have experienced so far. The product has worked very well and thus far met all my needs.

Overall: A very great product that I will recommend to anyone who is looking to make parcel tracking and collection seamless.

Pros: Quick and easy to use.
Great that it emails you to inform you of the parcel, ideal for identification.

Cons: Misplacing the email for collection of the parcels.

Overall: Quick easy app to use, for all your packages, would highly recommend for any business with lots of parcels.

Pros: It’s good because I know when I have a parcel and it’s all ready for me when I come to reception. Good app.

Cons: Can be time consuming and some people don’t receive emails.

Overall: I think that it’s great app and it’s so much easier. Overall I think it’s a good app and we should use it more.

Pros: It is a great way to ensure parcels are accounted for and give to the right resident. It is also a great way to remind our students that they need to come down to the reception and collect all their parcels.

Cons: The email to the resident tends to get put into residents junk folders, I am not sure of a way around this though.

Overall: The training was very straightforward and i started using it as soon as the training was over so it has stuck well.

Pros: So easy to use and great for keeping track on what you have and who it is for. The photo of the parcel is also a huge help.

Cons: The first email sent to the tenant does not explain what the company is and some are confused by it.

Overall: Makes the delivery and collection of parcels so simple and allows us to inform the student straight away.

Pros: Product is innovative and useful in the office/student accommodation industry. Parcel process has definitely decreased in time which allows staff to focus more on other duties. The app is really simple especially for non technical users.

Cons: None to report so far as we have only recently started using the app.

Overall: Definitely a product that we will be using for the future. A great innovation to support our company.

Pros: Fast, quick and easy to use.
Not hard to use once you understand the system. It's loved by our users and helps create an efficient system to control parcels in/out of the building.

Cons: Collections sometimes using the collection.
I think we are still new to this so navigating our way around the app, but still not hard to figure out things.

Overall: I was very reluctant at first thinking this will take ages to use will add time etc etc etc BUT actually its the opposite, and because I enjoy using it I don't mind using it.
We only got trained yesterday and are using it like pro's already.

Pros: Safe and fast system to track parcels from different devices.
Arthur was very good with the training.

Cons: none. It's working perfectly so far. No complaints.

Cons: Sometimes the scanning feature is a bit slow to recognise barcodes.

Overall: Very positive and easy use.

Pros: The app is so easy to use, no need to input information it’s uses the information already provided on the parcel.
Multiple people can use the same app.
It allows you to amend the email sent as notification which is a great extra tool of communication.
It gives you the option input a ‘nickname’ which for many of our residents is very useful.
The best thing for us is we are no longer searching for parcels that have not arrived and the picture of the parcel received also allows us to easily find the parcel.

Cons: No disadvantages so far we will have a better idea when implemented further.

Overall: The training was clear and helpful and all communications when setting up as being seamless.
It has proved a great solution and cannot wait to implement it throughout our company.

Pros: Quick, user-friendly, great customer support, limited training required to use the product, and the app interface is well designed.

Cons: To be completely honest, I haven't experienced any cons to the system. It does exactly what it is designed to do.

Overall: This service has really helped us at our site. It is streamlined, user-friendly, and super easy to use! Any support that we have required (very little) has been dealt with immediately.
