Pros: Easy to use.
Takes all stress out of managing parcels.
provides residents with a QR code and proof of delivery/collection.

Cons: Not easy to bulk edit recipients without losing scanned and stored parcels.

Overall: Much better than the system we were previously using. Very easy to use as the system automatically generates a QR code which residents can scan and show proof of delivery. System automatically sends confirmation once they have signed and collected the parcel which helps to manage lost parcels.

Pros: Ease of use.

Enables us to record student deliveries and keep a secure log to ensure security of parcels.

Cons: QR codes not always received by students.
App sometimes crashes.

Overall: Solid app makes the parcel delivery process much smoother and issue free. Would highly recommend especially in PBSA sector.

Pros: Option for additional pictures.
Separate pictures for each parcel.
Auto scans people's names.
Same QR code per user rather than per parcel.

Cons: Reminders are sometimes sent out by accident.
Names are sometimes not picked up.

Overall: Cohesive parcel tracking app, easy to use and very accessible to find stowed parcels in the parcel storage room.

Pros: Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

Cons: Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

Overall: Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

Pros: Notifications are great, my mail person scans packages upon receiving and I am automatically notified. Search abilities are convenient as well.

Cons: Does not consistently scan receiving person on packages, takes multiple tries or requires searching a name/account and then scanning package barcode.

Overall: Parcel Tracker has helped me (as a property manager) to track down missing packages, makes it easy to find who had package most recently.

Pros: Love the simple use and design. The app is great and very easy to use. The Kiosk is a very welcome feature. The cloud-based management console is amazing. No need to "have" to be on our own network.

Cons: Delivering packages should also have the same process as receiving them.
The company needs to accept more forms of payment.

Overall: Overall we are happy with the product. The simplicity, features, and cloud-based management console are all things we were looking for.

Pros: Fast easy recording of packages, photo record of the packages and easy historic search. Taylor tags to your specification.

Cons: You can't see the images taken with the phone when registering the parcel. I'd like to be view the image I've taken...

Overall: Easy to use, fast and efficient and we can track our parcels as they are distributed to our clients.

Pros: Love the app, really easy to use, great to keep track when receiving such a high volume of parcels, extra security for staff on site when storing parcels on behalf of other people.

Cons: Takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you are not particularly tech savvy, and sometimes the data extraction is a little delayed for the changes in customers we are holding the parcels for.

Overall: It has made our jobs a lot easier so we can free our time up for other tasks, would highly recommend!!

Pros: Great friendly and easy to use user interface.

Much quicker to use than other tried parceling solutions.
Effective at removing old data to comply with data retention policies.

Cons: Haven't encountered many so far. We've had a syncing issue once with the data showing on different devices but that was rare.

Overall: Very pleased with this product. We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.

Pros: Parcel Tracker is essential in letting our residents know if we have their parcels and also to keep track ourselves. It is for the most part easy to use and very helpful.

Cons: The app can sometimes be slow and difficult to use.
It would be helpful to have features that allow for multiple packages to be scanned under the same name at one time, rather than all individually.
Sometimes the app is difficult to scan bar codes with.
Once you have scanned the name you then have to scan the bar code which can be time consuming and sometimes the app gets confused and starts using the text again and finding a different person. It would save time if the scanner picked up the barcode and name in the same scan if the are both in shot and gave you the option to notify from there.

Overall: Overall, the app is really helpful, although ironing out some issues would make it quicker to use. Adding a feature to scan multiple packages for the same person would be helpful. Also making it so that if the bar code and name are both visible in the same scan, you don't have to take two scans would save time.

Pros: So easy to use.

Cons: None, as so easy to use. So simple to operate, adding parcels then issuing them to the students.

Overall: Easy system to use. Would recommend to other organisations. Students receive an email straight away to confirm their parcel has been delivered, whole process takes minutes..add parcel to system, email sent, student comes, we scan QR code..parcel issued to student.

Pros: This is super quick in scanning. Its image taking function helps a lot to take a picture of the parcel. Super easy to find any parcels. Allowing to add Notes helps a lot as well.

Cons: It cannot identify from Unit -Apartment number address. And doesn't give the closest name while not identifying. Need to approve on this. Hard to scan barcodes on parcels on many conditions.

Overall: Overall, its good but needs to improve on scanning barcodes rather than names of the parcel or apartments number. So wont be troubled to find the correct user.

Pros: Time savings, reduced the pickup time as recipients are notified upon arrival, less possibility of loss, better managment of packages.

Cons: Nothing so far, everything is working great and has exceeded expectations.

Overall: This works great for our needs and has saved us lots of time and headaches.
We have proof of deliveries that covers us from people saying they did not receive their package.

Pros: Great service for students.
makes live so much easier for our on site teams.

Cons: Very little to dislike, always looking for more flexibility on the branding of messages of course.

Overall: Overall very pleased, transformative for on site teams and so much better for students, helps improve efficiency for our teams.

Means our residents can access their own parcels securely without a staff member fetching them every time.
Great tracking system for deliveries and collections.

Cons: Limited ways to limit guest details being displayed, however the new update is fixing this issue! :)

Overall: Overall a very possitive experience with easy access to parcels for staff and residents.
Tenant experience is greatly improved with complete control over their deliveries.

Pros: Very easy to use.
Useful simple functions on the app.
Easy editable software on the parcel tracker URL link.
The fact you can use nicknames is very useful.
Having pictures and time stamps helps a lot when tracking parcels.

Cons: The QR function from data protection point of view is coming I believe.
Use different skins.
Resident to view their history of collections.
Some way to ensure the resident collects their parcel on the tracker system so they don’t forget.

Overall: Overall a great tool and it’s saved the whole return process of having team members available to collect parcels at reception. Our time is spent better doing other jobs!

Pros: I absolutely love how simple it is to use & it really speeds up the process of scanning parcels in a student accommodation environment!

Cons: It doesn’t work on devices with poor quality cameras.

Overall: Replacing a pen and paper system with Parcel Tracker has made life so much easier for all staff on site because of the capacity of parcels we receive.

Pros: The best part about Parcel Tracker is that it will give you the option to change details directly on the app instead of sending you to a web page. It is a quick and efficient way of scanning parcels as I work in a student accommodation and receive up to 80 parcels some days. It brings up the students room/name straight away and makes it easy for us to track if any parcels have gone missing or haven’t been collected.

Cons: Sometimes the app crashes but apart from that it is very user friendly!

Overall: I use Parcel Tracker on a daily basis and would recommend this to other companies who are trying to find an easier way to log parcels.

Pros: We tested Parcel Tracker in some of our buildings at the start and it greatly helped the parcel receiving, collection, and tracking. So we are deploying the system to all of our buildings.

Cons: At the moment, we can't mass update recipients to multiple buildings, but ParcelTracker is customising it for us.

Overall: Great system and easy to use. Some searching functions could be better, mass update feature could be better.
Generally, it works for us and I recommend it to others.

Pros: The simplicity to allow us to track our incoming parcels while informing our guests we have received this. The confidence it has given our guests in managing their parcels correctly with great communication has far exceeded expectation.

Cons: Still some sticking issues with camera recognition, but frankly i think this is down to the couriers labels and not the app.

Overall: A fantastic platform that allows us to correctly manage our parcels, provide great communication to our guests while logging all of those that have been picked up and check how many are remaining.
Just a great bit of kit i would recommend to any business'.
