Parcel Tracker Mailroom

Pros: Easy to use and saves a lot of time.
We have a lot of students that have parcels delivered and this app is great for a large number of parcels!

Cons: If you have a lot of parcels the app sometimes freezes.

Overall: Overall, I would recommend this app to anyone that works with parcels. Without it we would really struggle! Makes the job a lot easier!

Pros: SMS capabilities in Australia, pricing, and general ease of use --by both admins and on-site staff-- make Parcel Tracker a clear winner for us.

Cons: Our only nitpicks with design and customisability, which Parcel Tracker have always been to listen to thus far.

Overall: Outstanding. Our concierge staff love how efficient their job has become., and the back-end admin tools are great.

Pros: Easy to use by the mailroom staff. People got used quickly to the notifications. We can also track usage and parcels, very useful for planning.

Cons: Should expand to other services like key access or visitors.

Overall: Very good tool to manage mailroom. It is straightforward and does what it says. The camera reading works well and identifies recipients quite accurately.

Pros: Since the introduction of this system it has become obvious that it is a massive time saver as well as a very much more secure way of giving out and tracking mail for the students. Before this system was introduced it used to take us over an hour to manually log and put away all the parcels and this has been drastically cut down thanks to the Parcel Tracker system.

The students think it’s amazing and we have had very positive comments regarding it. It really helps the students that when we have processed a package they get an email telling them they can come and get it.

Cons: I haven’t come across any as yet, The system does everything it was designed to do.

Overall: This system is perfect for a busy student accommodation, it allows you to securely check in or parcels while automatically notifying the students that they have arrived. It allows you to securely track and monitor all parcels and I think the students appreciate that it is a much more foolproof system than manually writing everything down.

It also saves my team a lot of time, which means they can focus on other tasks and duties.

Pros: Parcel Tracker is very easy to use and the team is great to work with. We were able to teach less tech savvy employees how to operate their platform easily.

Cons: I didn’t like that I didn’t find out about them sooner.

Overall: Our mailroom was overflowing with packages until using Parcel Tracker. Now people know they have a package to get and where it is located.

Pros: Switching from a paper-based process to a digitised system, reduced the time we spend monitoring incoming and outgoing packages to less than half. The camera scanning is great, because typing names on the keyboard can become hectic on handheld devices.
The team was also helpful when we asked for email customisation, and it was done swiftly on their side within an hour.

Cons: We initially had some issues with the iOS app which was slow at pushing the data to the web platform. However, this issue had been solved in little time and has been working fine ever since.

Overall: Overall the team is extremely satisfied with the service and we're using the reports to continuously improve our processes.

Pros: The app is easy to use and very useful and helpful. It keeps everything organized. The layout is easy to use.

Cons: Sometimes the app takes a long time to load and also sometimes scans the names wrong.

Overall: This app is really easy to use and keep track of of all the packages over time and you can have back up if someone says they haven't got there package.

Pros: How it recognises peoples name when you scan.

You can also see the pictures making it easier to find the parcel!

Its a quicker and easier way to scan parcels compared to other places Ive worked, its also handy to have it on an app on a phone making it mobile and much easier to use.

Cons: Sometimes it scans the wrong name or crashes.
It can also lag quite a lot when scanning or takes a while to scan the actual QR code.
Sometimes when you scan a barcode it doesn't recognise it.

Overall: I have used different methods to log parcels but this is by far the easiest!

Overall I think this is a very good design. The only downfall is that it does crash from time to time. But that's nothing a quick reset of the phone can't solve.

Pros: The product is very simple, you can upload a bulk CSV file, which is a list you can create from Excel, it allows you to upload in bulk, for that you need to have a CSV file with the recipient data completed.

Cons: I constantly get error messages when uploading recipients.

Overall: Very easy to use, very user-friendly. The feature which allows you to upload recipients in bulk saves you a lot of time. However, if needed, you can also add individual recipients. We have options to edit nicknames, locations, company names, departments, etc.

Pros: I like the user friendly layout, it's easy to use and it makes it increasingly easy to add multiple people at one time. It comes with a very hands on team to support you.

Cons: I wish you could take photos of items without QR/barcode.

Overall: I think it makes my life a lot easier then the system we had in place before, it also keeps track of everything you scan in.

Pros: I like that it stores the history of parcels collected.
I like that it also combines recipients into one QR code regardless of how many parcels a recipient has.

Cons: The new update does not take pictures automatically once scanned, instead it opens a new page asking you to take a picture. Its faster when as you scan it automatically takes a picture.

Overall: Overall, its very useful for my job. Makes tracking collected parcels easy. I also like that the automation system is quick. That is once a scanned parcel is submitted, recipients get an email almost immediately.

Pros: Easy to use and quick, fast and effective, ensures security and notifies you straight away of your parcel.

Cons: Doesn't always load and sometimes freezes when opening.

Overall: Good overall experience, nice easy app to use and happy to be using this for my mail and collecting my parcels.

Pros: Super easy to use.
Very intuitive user interface.
Customisable messages (although we've not experimented with this too much).
Options to add additional information without this being obligatory.

Cons: The only down side is that you cannot have multiple users linked to the same email address, but it is so easy to add additional users, it's not even a real problem!

Overall: Absolutely amazing! It's so helpful, and saves so much time I wish we'd had this before. If sending parcel notifications is a time-consuming nightmare, this product will definitely reduce your workload.

Pros: I work in Student Accommodation. Prior to Parcel Tracker, we had a time consuming system of scanning parcels, generating barcodes, printing them off and sticking them onto the parcels.

Parcel Tracker is east to use. Simple user interface. Updated regularly. Arthur and his team are always on hand to help and support.

Cons: I don't have any cons to report. Any issues I have are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the support team.

Overall: Positive overall product experience. Very easy to use software. I find the support team to be very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries.

Pros: Before parcel tracker there were multiple parcels left in the office, with people not knowing what they look like or if they have came, since I live in communal accommodation. Being a student ambassador, I have to give out and monitor parcels and parcel tracker makes this easy and simple!

Cons: Sometimes the app lags and takes a while to load names as well as sometimes not scanning the QR code properly.

Overall: Other than that is is a great app that I think really improves organisation skills in an office or accommodation environment!

Pros: I like that it takes photos of the Parcel, it means we have a visual record of what we receive so if a mistake is made we can go back and check it. I like that we can add multiple people in one go but to add a singular person it is easily done on the app without needing to go to the web page.
I like that I can just scan the name.

Cons: Sometimes if there isn't a bar-code it wont let you take a photo. So when more personal packages arrive they tend not to be documented as well. I think normally hand written packages and that don't include QR codes or bar-codes are probably more valuable because they are sentimental rather than financial.

Overall: I'd describe it as positive and i would recommend this app for any company dealing with large amounts of delivers. It can be used for letters as well, no reason to just use it for parcels.
Also the company are pretty good as spotting if there is an issue and contact you first, that is some top notch customer service.

Pros: Friendly interface, easy to navigate. Helped our accommodation teams log and track parcels in a more efficient and easier way, less time consuming too!

Cons: Sometimes the app crashed on the phone while using it. Some of our staff have noticed that it cannot be used simultaneously on different devices by different team members as it will crash or log them out whilst being used.

Overall: Pleased with the product as it frees up a lot of our staff's time to focus on other tasks and offers peace of mind that parcels are being logged properly.

Pros: It’s so helpful, as we have track of the parcels. Also it’s super easy and simple to use. Moreover it keeps a record of parcels.

Cons: They don’t get a notification if their contact details is not under their name. So I think everyone should be able to download the app and have an account and get a notification if they have a parcel.

Overall: It’s very easy and simple to use. I think there should still be some changes made, but I would say it’s a great start.

Pros: The students loved to me contacted automatically once a parcel arrives for them. It's fast and full of info.

Cons: Nothing so far.

Pros: this is ideal if you work in student accommodation, everything is clear and easy to use, the students really like it, it is fast than you think too!

Cons: better for bigger buildings, and you do need to carry your phone with you. sometimes there are staff members left alone who dont usually hand out post get caught out and cannot hand out post cause they dont have the app but easily sorted

Overall: Overall im really glad we have this system, the tenants and staff love it, perfect for our industry.
