No problem. But you need some money. You can found a CLAIM called area to get this protection. The sice is equivalent to a HAMLET , so its ideal for claim your area.

with /realms settlement CLAIM , you can show the blueprint for the CLAIM.

So go to your preferred center of the planned settlement and us the command:

/settle found CLAIM <name_of_the_claim>
